TO PRINT A USER LIST:
- Click on the "Print" button displays a print preview of a list of cardholders.
To export a list of persons to the spreadsheet format:
- Click on the "Export" button, a back up box appears, click on "OK".
Add a user
- Click on the "Create" button in the "Persons" tab.
- A window appears:
1. Enter the user's title.
2. Enter the user's name (obligatory)
3. Enter the user's forename.
4. Enter the card number for this user (if necessary)
5. Enter the user code for this user (if necessary)
6. Indicate if the user has access during the holidays.
7. Click on "Ok".
8. The light switches to red.
9. The user is now saved on database.
