• Do not touch the reflector cover after
multiple flash discharges.
DANGER OF BURNING!
Do not place the flash unit near liquids,
protect it from drops or splashing liquids,
and do not place any containers for liquids,
such as vases, on it.
• Protect the flash unit from extreme heat,
i.e., do not place it near heat sources such
as ovens, stoves, or amplifiers. For the
same reason, do not store it in a vehicle
glove compartment!
• Use only the accessories approved by Leica
Camera AG and listed in these instructions
with this flash unit.
• Protect the flash unit from high humidity.
• Condensation can occur during rapid
changes in temperature. Allow the flash unit
to adapt to the environment!
• Use only the battery types approved by
Leica Camera AG and listed in these
instructions with this flash unit.
• Use of batteries/rechargeable batteries
contrary to these instructions and the use
of not permitted types of batteries /
rechargeable batteries may result in an
explosion!
• Rechargeable batteries may only be
charged with the devices provided
especially for this purpose, and only as
described in the corresponding
instructions.
• Dry batteries ("dry cells") must not be
charged.
• Batteries/rechargeable batteries must not
be exposed to sunlight, heat, humidity, or
moisture for long periods of time. Likewise,
they must not be placed in a microwave
oven or a high-pressure container – risk of
fire or explosion!
