If a battery has leaked, avoid contact of the battery acid with

skin, eyes and mucus membranes. In case of contact with bat-
tery acid, rinse the affected area immediately with plenty of
clean water and seek immediate medical attention.
Immediately remove any leaking batteries from the product.

Clean the contacts before inserting new batteries.
The batteries should not be recharged or reactivated by any
■
other means, taken apart, thrown on a fi re, immersed in liquid
or short-circuited.
Proper use
Check the product for damages prior to each use. The product

may not be used if it exhibits visible damages. Do not disas-
semble the product and do not attempt to repair it or to replace
the cutting blade yourself. In the event of damage, contact the
customer service.
In the event of damages / malfunctions, turn off the product im-

mediately!
Do not allow the device to fall and do not subject it to strong
■
percussions.
Do not subject the device to extreme temperatures, severe tem-
■
perature fl uctuations or direct sunlight.
Do not submerge the product in water!
■
Before cleaning the cutting blade, take the batteries out of the
■
product.
Do not use any scouring or abrasive cleaners or cleaning pads
■
to clean the product.
