Step 3:
Installation of the handgrip bars (3) on the connecting tubes (13) with
bolt (85), washers (86) and spring washers (11).
1. Push the handgrip bars (3L+3R) onto the connecting tubes (13L+13R)
and adjust the holes in the tubes so that they are aligned.
(Note: the handgrip bars must be aligned after assembly so that the
upper ends are inclined outwards (away from the support (76)).
2. Push the bolt (85) through the holes and tighten the handgrip bars (3)
with washers (86) and spring washer (11) firmly.
Step 4:
Installation of the footrest holder (28) at the connecting tubes (13) with
bolt (21), washers (17) and nuts (16).
1. Push the footrest holder (28R) at the connecting tube (13R) and adjust
the holes in the tubes so that they are aligned.
2. Push the allan bolt (21) through the holes and tighten the footrest holder
(28R) at connection tube (13R) with washers (17) and nut (16) firmly.
(This connection point has to move easily. So please don't tighten the
screw too much.)
3. Install the left footrest holder (28L) incl. all additionally required parts
on the left hand side of the machine as described in 1. – 2.
Step 5:
Installation of the footrest holder (28R+28L) with connecting tubes (13)
to the pedal crank (38) and the support (76) with the spring washers (11),
the washers (10+30) and the screws (12).
1. Place the preassembled unit of the right footrest holder (28R) and one
connecting tube (13R) at the right hand side of the main frame (49).
(Note: Right is specified as viewed standing on the machine during
training.)
2. Push the axle (79) into the middle position at handlebar support (76)
and put one washer (78) and the connecting tube (13R) onto the axles'
end (79). Put on the screw (12) a spring washer (11) and a washer 8//32
(10) and tighten it firmly.
3. Put the foot pedal holder (31) at the pedal crank (38) and tighten them
with washer 8//20 (30), spring washer (11) and screw (12) firmly.
4. Install the left footrest holder (28L) incl. all additionally required parts on
the left hand side of the machine as described in 1. – 3 and move the
construction some turns.
5. Now tighten the screws (85) of support (76) as mentioned in Step 2
firmly. Push the plastic cover (75) into the right position of chain cover
(25).
6. Connect the pulse connection cables (84) with pulse cables (5).
7. Mount plastic cover set (23L+23R) to both side front end of pedal bar
(28) and secure with screws (22) for each side.
8. Mount foot pedal cover (56) to both side rear end of pedal bar (28) and
secure with screw (57) for each side.
