Function Description
Microwave + Hot Air
• Consult the chapter titled 'The microwave'!
• The dish is cooked with a combination of
microwaves and hot air. This shortens the cooking
time, but the dishes do get a nice brown crispy top.
• This function is used to cook meat, poultry
and vegetables. But also for casseroles, cakes
and bread.
• Place the dish on the turntable or on the glass
baking tray.
• Recommended temperature: 160°C
• Recommended power: 600 W
Grill + Fan
• The dish is heated by the grill element and the heat
is spread by the fan.
• This function is used to grill fish, meat
and vegetables.
• Place the grill rack with the baking tray on level 2.
• Recommended temperature: 170°C.
• Check cooking progress regularly. At high
temperatures, meat can burn quickly.
• Preheat for 5 minutes.
