Starting Up - Trotec DA 3i MultiQube Guide D'utilisation

On building sites, the MQ DA 3 may only be connected
to an electric 1~230 V 50 Hz 16 A power supply with a
corresponding fault current circuit breaker .
In order to avoid any faults from occurring, and de-
pending on the workload, the device should be clea-
ned in regular intervals either during or after use .
In order to prevent the cable from overheating, the
cable must be fully unrolled when using an extension
cable or a cable drum .

03. StARtInG UP

1 . Check to ensure that the inlets and outlets are
unblocked . Remove any blockages or foreign ob-
jects from the nozzles or ducts .
2 . Install all the necessary elements for restorative
drying (water spearator, filter, compressor and
sound absorbers) .
3 . Connect the hoses coming from the drill holes to
one side of the DA 3i .
4 . Connect the hoses leading from the DA 3i to the
water separator for restorative drying .
5 . Use the screw ad-
apter to connect the
moisture sensor to
the inlet of the quad
distributor at the
compressor . (fig .2)
6 . Connect the unit to
the mains supply
power .
7 . The unit is now
ready for operation
and only needs to
be switched on .
Switch the unit on .
The control lamp is on . The unit is now in operation .
8 . The DA 3i operates in intervals . Each interval
comprises three operating cycles:

• Operating cycle 1: The unit carries out an instal-

the MultiQube tower (fig .1) . Alternatively, it can also be
installed separately closer to the core drill holes (fig .2) .
