MANUALLY WOUND
Starting the watch
Crown in position 1. This position
allows you to wind the movement. To
start the watch, wind it fully by turn-
ing the crown upwards ( ) until the
chain is completely coiled around the
fusee A and the resistance is felt. ON
NO ACCOUNT FORCE THE CROWN.
When the resistance is felt at the end
of winding, it is important to turn the
crown downwards (
turn) in order to release the crown
wheel.Thereafter, wind the watch daily,
preferably at a regular time.

The fusee-chain transmission
The fusee-chain transmission system
improves rate regularity by guaran-
teeing the movement a constant cou-
ple whatever the winding tension of
its mainsprings. The cone-shaped
fusee A contains differential gears
that transmits continuous force to
the tourbillon C: when the main-
springs are fully wound (chain coiled
) (at least

around the fusee) and traction
