Advice to reduce your energy consumption

Make sure the unit is not near a heat source.
Place the unit in a dry, well-ventilated area that is not in direct contact with sunlight.
It is always recommended to wrap food before storing it in the refrigerator.
Food and hot drinks must first be cooled to room temperature before being placed in the refrigerator.
Be sure to keep a minimum gap between different products when storing them in the refrigerator to allow
good air circulation.
A prolonged or too frequent opening of the door may cause a rise in the temperature inside the refrigerator.
Therefore, the door must be closed directly after use.
Make sure that the door gasket is correctly positioned and make sure that the ventilation openings of the
appliance are not obstructed.
Do not let frozen foods thaw at room temperature. You can defrost foods by placing them in the refrigerator
so thawing is gradual.
Be careful not to thaw food on top of other foods.
If the ice layer gets too thick, it may affect the performance of the refrigerator.
When the thickness of the ice layer is greater than 5mm, the appliance must be thawed.
The arrangement of the different compartments, shelves and door shelves are already in the optimal posi-
tion.

Defrosting

When the refrigerator working for a long time, the inner surface of the freezer will be covered with a layer of
hoarfrost.
It may raise the electricity consumption and decrease the effect of refrigeration. Then you should defrost
your freezer once a month.
When defrosting, cut off the power, open the door and move frozen foods to a cool place.
Use a plastic spatula to remove the hoarfrost.
Then remove the hoarfrost so unstuck and wipe the inside of your freezer with a sweet and dry cloth.
Notes: Never use metal tools to defrost your freezer because it could damage it.
