Suggested solutions
Check that your device is turned on.
Check that the power is not turned off and the
socket you have chosen to connect your device
works well (connect another device to test it for
example).
Check the fuse of your electrical circuit.
Check that the voltage is correct for the operation
of the product.
Check that your power outlet is in perfect condition,
and that it is not broken and well connected.
Check that the thermostat is not set too high.
Limit door openings and closures.
Do not overfill your appliance as it will take a long
time for the temperature to stabilize at its initial
value.
Check that your device is not placed in an environ-
ment beyond its limits.
Make sure the door is closed properly.
Check that your door seal is not damaged.
Make sure your device is not confined to a closed
space and that there is good air circulation around
it.
Check that the thermostat is not set too low. The
lowest position on your thermostat is only for war-
ming up your appliance when you load your appli-
ance with food or when you turn it on. It should not
be put in more than 2 hours after. (Otherwise the
temperature may drop below 0 ° C and the com-
pressor will run continuously).
