Suggested Solutions
Check that the food is well packaged. Check that
there are no expired foods. If so, remove them.
Check that the shelves and drawers are not soiled
with any liquids (milk, blood, water ..)
Clean the interior of your appliance regularly.
Check that nothing obstructs its closing. Check that
the shelves and the bins of the interior door are
well placed or adjusted.
Check that the door seal is not deformed.
Check that the device is level.
Make sure your device is stable.
Check that the device is not completely against
another device or wall.
Your device may make cascading or flowing noi-
ses, this is the gas flowing through the cooling
system. This is the normal sound generated by the
operation of the product.
Also during the cold cycles the compressor genera-
tes a purr during its operation.
When cooling the product, crackling noises can
occur due to the contraction of materials, these are
normal.
If the door has just been opened, leave it for a few
minutes so that the air pressure is equalized before
trying again.
Check that the thermostat is not set too low.
Check that the door is closed, that nothing is ob-
structing it.
Check that the door seal is not damaged, mispla-
ced or dirty.
Check that you have not overloaded your refrige-
rator with hot products or that have not completely
cooled.
Check that your device is not placed in an environ-
ment higher than 30 ° C
The back of your refrigerator may be hot, this is
due to the heat transfer when the compressor is
running (to make cold, it must produce hot).
