Long and thin connection lines result in a potential drop.
The motor does not reach any longer its maximal power;
the function of the device is reduced.
Plugs and coupler outlets on connection cables must be
made of rubber, non-rigid PVC or other thermoplastic
material of same mechanical stability or be covered with
this material.
The connector of the connection cable must be splash-
proof.
When running the connection line observe that it does not
interfere, is not squeezed, bended and the plug connection
does not get wet.
Do not use the cable for purposes for which it is not meant.
Protect the cable against heat, oil and sharp edges. Do not
use the cable to pull the plug from the socket.
Wind off completely the cable when using a cable drum.
Regularly check the extension cables and replace them if
they are damaged.
Do not use any defective connection cables.
When working outdoors, only use extension cables
especially approved and appropriately labelled for outdoor
use.
Do not set up any provisional electrical connections.
Never bypass protective devices or deactivate them.
Only hook up the machine by means of a fault-current
circuit breaker (30 mA).
The electrical connection or repairs to electrical parts of
the machine must be carried out by a certified electrician
or one of our customer service points. Local regulations –
especially regarding protective measures – must be
observed.
Damaged mains leads must be replaced by the
manufacturer or one of their service workshops or a
similar qualified person to prevent dangers
Repairs to other parts of the machine must be carried out
by the manufacturer or one of his customer service
points.
Use only original spare. Accidents can arise for the user
through the use of other spare parts. The manufacturer is
not liable for any damage or injury resulting from such
action.

Screw on both side parts
(1+2).
For each side part you require:
2 cup square screws M 8 x 40
2 combi nuts M 8
Screw on the transverse joint (4).
For the connection you require:
4 cup square screws M 8 x 10
4 combi nuts M 8
Put the pre-assembled device unit on the side parts.
Fix first one side with each 2 round-head screws
x 16 and hexagon nut M 5.
Now fix the other side.
Then, fasten the four screw connections.
Put on the extraction hose (7).
Fasten the extraction hose by refastening the screw on
the hose clip (17) a few revolutions.
Put on the saw dust collecting bag (14).
Fasten the saw dust collecting bag by attaching the
quick release fastener (6).
Hang in the bag suspension (9).
Put on the filter bag (15).
Fasten the filter bag by attaching the quick release
fastener (6).
Hang in the filter bag.

Check that the machine is completely and correctly
assembled.
Put the saw dust extraction system on a place which meets
the following requirements:
− firm and even ground
− free of risks of stumbling
− sufficient light and air conditions
Before using the machnine, make sure each time that
− there are no faulty connections (tears, cuts, etc.)
Do not use any defective cables.
− there are no damage at the machine (see safety
advices)
− all screws are tight
Mains connection
Compare the voltage given on the machine model plate
e.g. 230 V with the mains voltage and connect the machine
to the relevant and properly earthed plug.
Use a shockproof plug, mains voltage 230 V with
residual current circuit breaker (FI switch 30 mA).
Only use connection cables with sufficient diameters.
Mains fuse: 10 A
Static charge
The complete extraction system is assembled of non-electro-
conductive components.
Do not replace synthetic parts by metallic parts.
Particularly, the extraction hose must not feature a
metallic coil.
