1. Use
The manufacturer accepts no responsibility where
the electrical tile cutter C 2067/90 is used with any
tools and for cutting materials other than those
specified in the "RECOMMENDED USE" paragraph.
DO NOT USE WOODEN DISCS.
DO NOT USE DRY-CUTTING DISCS.
DO
DIAMOND-TIPPED DISCS.
The C 2067/90 is made to operate exclusively under
the
conditions
indicated
OPERATION ALLOWED", in the "TECHNICAL
DATA" paragraph.
During cutting operations, allow the machine to rest
as indicated.
The C 2067/90 has not been made for use with
continuous load.
WARNING !
The following recommendations are advisable:
Let the motor run slowly, preventing the disc from
getting locked;
Ensure that the piece to be cut is properly supported
by the tile clamp;
Check before each cut that the adjustment knobs for
the cutting angle are tightened;
After a few cuts, dress the disc with the dressing
stone.
WARNING !
DO NOT USE DIAMOND SLITTING DISCS OF LOW
QUALITY OR THAT ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR THE
SPECIFIC USE FOR WHICH THE MANUFACTURER
SUPPLIED THEM. USE OF LOW QUALITY DISCS CAN
HARM THE OPERATOR AND DAMAGE THE
MACHINE, AS WELL AS SIGNIFICANTLY SLOWING
THE WORK.
WARNING !
Dangerous shards may detach themselves during
cutting.
To reduce the risks arising from fragmentation of
materials, use appropriate protective goggles.
WARNING !
The continuous use of the machine for 8 hours causes
exposure to noise of over 85 dB(A); therefore it is
necessary to wear appropriate noise protection
headgear as set down by law. (Decree law 277/91).

2. Installation
Position the machine on a stable surface.
WARNING !
Make sure that:

The motor head is locked by the special
locking knobs located on the runway beam.

The adjustment lever for the motor head
angle is tightened well. (Photo 1).

To set the machine for operating, proceed as
follows:
a) Put the leg locks in the unlocked position.
(Photo 2)
b) Using the carrying handles lift one side of the
machine into the operating position. (Photo 2)

WARNING !
To position the machine correctly make sure
that the upper hole in the legs is aligned with
that in the leg connection. (Photo 3).
Support the machine while locking the legs.
