L'ELETTROVENTILATORE
é composto da una ventola
con pale d'alluminio, equilibrata
staticamente e dinamicamente,
direttamente calettata
sull'albero del motore elettrico
ASINCRONO TRIFASE a
sei poli (900 giri/minuto) di tipo
chiuso, isolamento in classe B,
protezione IP44 (Electra 90),
protezione IP55 (ElectraMatic).
Nella versione ElectraMatic
il motore è dotato di protezione
termica.
Il SUPPORTO MOTORE,
a forma di paniere con rete
antinfortunistica, posta
a protezione della ventola
è fissato con interposizione
di dispositivi antivibranti.
La BATTERIA DI SCAMBIO
TERMICO, è realizzata
con resistenze corazzate
in tubo d'acciaio alettato.
Le resistenze sono a basso
carico superficiale e quindi
non bruciano il pulviscolo
atmosferico.
Il CONTENITORE, in lamiera
d'acciaio, fosfatato e verniciato
con polveri epossi-poliestere,
è dotato di alette deflettrici
dell'aria orientabili
singolarmente e di vano, con
portello, per la morsettiera
(versione Electra 90), o per il
quadro di comando e controllo
(versione Electramatic).
IDENTIFICAZIONE
MACCHINA
A bordo di ogni singola
macchina è applicata l'etichetta
di identificazione riportante
i dati del costruttore e il tipo
di macchina.
L'etichetta è posizionata
sul retro dell'apparechio.
The ELECTRIC VENTILATOR

ASYNCHRONOUS THREE-
PHASE electric motor
with six poles (900 RPM),
with insulation class B and
protection IP44 (Electra 90)
or IP55 (ElectraMatic).
In the ElectraMatic version
the motor is equipped
with a thermal protection.
The basket-like MOTOR
SUPPORT is provided with
an anti-accident grate for the
protection of the fan and is
fixed with the interposition of
anti-vibration means.
The HEAT EXCHANGE
BATTERY consists of
resistances, which are forced
in finned steel tubes.
The resistances have got
a low surface charge and
don't burn the atmospheric
dust.
The CASING is painted
with epoxy-polyester powder
and mounts movable
air deflection fins, a case
with a cover for the terminal
board (Electra 90 version)
or for the electric control
board (Electramatic version).
UNIT
IDENTIFICATION
Each unit is provided with an
identification label, which
informs you on the construction
data and the model type.
The identification label is
positioned on the rear side
of the unit.
