3.2 Mounting with QuickFasten

IMPORTANT
 Observe the mounting dimensions of the VVX
 Observe the dimensions of the inlet
 Use only suitable O-rings
 Observe the flow direction indicated on the device
 Select an appropriate location for installation ( 3 "Installation").
To ensure the best possible measuring accuracy, a vertical installation position with in-
creasing flow is preferable (no collecting of dirt deposits).
 Install the appropriate QuickFasten connections (inlet and outlet) at the installation loca-
tion.
Mount the O-rings at the VVX and at the inlet.


Put the VVX on the inlet.


Ensure that the O-ring won't get damaged.
Slide the clip over the connection until it snaps into


place.
Put the outlet on the VVX.


Ensure that the O-ring won't get damaged.
Slide the clip over the connection until it snaps into


place.
IMPORTANT
The clip must snap properly.
The webs of the VVX and the inlet or outlet must be lo-
cated in the slots of the clip.
