Using the Telephone
Dialling a Phone Number with Dial Preparation
1. Press for a long time.
2. Use the to enter the number.
The number is dialled approximately 3.5 seconds after you enter the last
digit.
Dialling from Telephone Book
1. Open one of the telephone books:
• Press for a long time to open the handset's local telephone book.
• Press to open the assigned address book on the PBX.
2. Press to select the entry you want and then press
The number is dialled.
If the entry contains several phone numbers:
3. Press to select the number you want and then press
The number is dialled.
Dialling from within the Redial List
The Redial List displays the last 20 numbers dialled on the handset.
1. Press for a short time.
The Redial List now opens.
2. Use to select an entry.
3. Press .
If a name is displayed:
1. Press View.
The number is displayed.
2. Use to scroll through the numbers if necessary.
3. Press when the required phone number is displayed.
Dialling from within a Call List
The call lists contain the last phone calls received, made or missed.
