The appliance is switched off.
The mains plug is not connec-
ted to the mains socket cor-
rectly.
There is no voltage in the
mains socket.
The appliance is not supported
properly.
The appliance touches the wall
or other objects.
Temperature sensor error.
Food packages are blocking
the lid.
There is too much frost in the
appliance.
The lid gasket is dirty or sticky.
The lamp is defective.
Temperature is set incorrectly.
Solution
Switch on the appliance.
Check if the appliance is plug-
ged correctly.
Connect the appliance to a
different electrical mains sock-
et. Contact a qualified electri-
cian.
Check if the appliance stands
stable. Refer to "Installation/
Location" chapter.
Slightly move the appliance.
Refer to "Installation/Location"
chapter.
Contact the Authorised Serv-
ice Center.
Arrange the packages in the
right way.
Defrost the appliance. Refer to
"Care and cleaning/Defrosting
the appliance" chapter.
Clean the lid gasket.
Contact the Authorised Serv-
ice Center to replace the LED
light.
