who sells your machine is not one of our authorised
dealers, ask him for the address of your nearest service
workshop.
This operator's manual is a valuable document. Make
sure it is always at hand at the work place. By following its
content (operating, service, maintenance etc.) the life
span and the second-hand value of the machine can be
extended. If you ever lend or sell this machine, make sure
that the borrower or buyer gets the operator's manual, so
they will also know how to properly maintain and use it.

• How the machine is to be used and maintained.
Local regulations could restict the use of this machine.
Find out what regulations are applicable where you work
before you start using the machine.

Design and features

Some of the unique features of your product are
described below.
PG 530
The Husqvarna PG 530 floor surfacing machines are
designed for wet or dry grinding of marble, terrazzo,
granite and concrete. Their applications range from rough
grinding through to a polished finish. The machine is
intended for light commercial use, for example homes,
garages and small commercial spaces.
• Planetary head and grinding heads are run with
separate motors, so called Dual Drive Technology™.
This gives the operator fully control of both planetary
head and satellite heads in regards to speed and
direction of rotation.
• A triple-head grinder gives more downward pressure
and power to the grinding heads compared to 4-head
machines. It also offers more stable operation over
undulating surfaces than 4-head machines.
• Gear-driven planetary head with premium quality belt
for power transmission to the grinding heads.
• Industrial strength construction.
• Robust steel frame.
• Strong single-piece aluminum cover.
• Solid hard rubber wheels.
• The 5-way sealing mechanism protects bearings and
internal parts from concrete dust. This provides longer
