Hinweis: Bei Teilen, die lackiert werden, bitte unbedingt den
beiliegenden Lackierhinweis beachten!
Vorsicht !!! Vor dem Lackieren die Teile unbedingt bei einer
Probemontage auf Passgenauigkeit überprüfen.
Gegebenenfalls müssen die Original Kunststoff-
Radhäuser vorne mit einem geeigneten Werkzeug
ausgespart werden und an die Milotec Seitenschweller
anpassen werden (siehe Bild 1).
Die Klebeflächen müssen frei von Lackiernebel bleiben. Die
Montage muss in einem trockenen und gut belüfteten Raum bei
mindestens +20°C Raumtemperatur durchgeführt werden. Bei
der Montage direkte Sonneneinwirkung vermeiden, sowie
nicht essen und trinken.
Empfehlung: Wir empfehlen, die mitgelieferten Rahmen für
die Streckgitter schwarz zu lackieren.
1. Die vorgesehenen Klebeflächen am Fahrzeug zuerst
sorgfältig säubern und mit einem Reinigungstuch entfetten -
dabei die Oberflächen bitte nur in einer Richtung bearbeiten
(Bild 2.).
Vorsicht: Mit Isopropanol getränkte Reinigungstücher sind
leicht entflammbar - deshalb bei der Montage nicht rauchen!!
2. Die mit L und R gekennzeichneten Streckgitter links und
rechts von innen wie folgt in die lackierten Seitenschweller
einkleben:
Bild 3a. - Klebeflächen mit einem Reinigungstuch entfetten
Bild 3b. - Den Primer-Stix ‚knacken' und leicht drücken, damit
der Primer die Faserspitze befeuchtet. Die Klebeflächen an
den Teilen mit dem Primer bestreichen und ca. 20 Minuten
ablüften lassen).
Bild 3c - . Kleber nicht zu dick auftragen
Bild 3d. - Streckgitter positionieren und am Rand nochmals
Kleber auftragen (Bild 3e).
Hinweis: Vor der Weiterverarbeitung muss der Kleber
mindestens 3 Stunden trocknen.

Upozornění: Při lakování dbejte přiloženého návodu pro
lakování. Před lakováním dílu a vlastní montáží
bezpodmínečně vyzkoušejte lícování dílu s karoserií
Vašeho vozu.
POZOR !!!
Vzhledem k tomu, že při montáži originálních podběhů
může dojít k nepatrné nepřesnosti, je pravděpodobné, že
spodní část originálního podběhu (plast) - obr. 1, bude
nutno upravit zaříznutím přesahující části. Plast prahu
musí lícovat s dosedacími plochami !
Plochy plastového dílu k lepení (na zadní straně) nesmí být
přelakovány. Nejlépe je tyto zalepit páskou. Montáž provádějte
v suchém a větratelném prostředí při teplotě min. +20°C.
Lepení neprovádějte na sluníčku. Při montáži nejezte ani
nepijte.

1. Umyté a suché plochy originálních prahů odmastěte
přiloženým ubrouskem napuštěným v isopropanolu (obr.2).
Pozor: Odmašťovací ubrousek je napuštěn isopropanolem,
který je vysoce hořlavý, proto při montáži nekuřte!
2. Do nalakovaných a spasovaných plastových prahů nalepte z
vnitřní strany pravou a levou mřížku:
obr.3a. - isopropanolem odmastěte dosedací plochu mřížky
obr.3b. - Trubičku s primerem zlomte a lehce stlačte tak, aby se
nasál její porézní knot. Trubičkou s nasáklým knotem natřete
dosedací plochu mřížky. Nechte zhruba 20 minut zavadnout.
obr.3c. - na dosedací plochu naneste přiměřenou vrstvu PU
lepidla
obr.3d. - do naneseného lepidla usaďte mřížku, na kterou ještě
po obvodu po usazení naneste přiměřeně lepidlo. Okraje
mřížky tak budou celé zalité v lepidle obr.3e.
Upozornění: Takto připravený díl nechejte minimálně 3
hodiny zavadnout !

Note: If parts will be painted, please observe the attached
painting instructions!
Caution! Before painting it is absolutely necessary to
make test assembly in order to check that the parts fit
exactly. If necessary, the original wheel houses must be
adjusted to the Milotec sills (see Fig.1).
The adhesive surfaces must be free of spraying paint. The
assembly must be performed in a dry and well ventilated room
at a room temperature of at least + 20°C. Avoid direct sun light
and do not eat and drink during assembly.
Recommendation: We recommend to paint the supplied
frame for the rib mesh black.
1. First, thoroughly clean the designated adhesive areas on the
vehicle and degrease with a cleaning tissue – please process
the surfaces in one direction only (Fig. 2).
Caution: Isopropanole cleaning tissues are highly flammable -
this is why it is not allowed to smoke during assembly!!
2. Glue the rib mesh marked by and L R
the inside into the painted side sills as follows:
Fig.3a - Degrease the adhesive surfaces with a cleaning tissue
Fig.3b – 'Crack' the Primer-Stix and press it slightly, so that the
primer moistens the fiber tip. Apply the primer to the adhesive
surfaces on the parts and let it dry for approx. 20 minutes.
Fig.3c - Do not apply too much adhesive
Fig.3d - Position the rib mesh and apply adhesive again on the
edge (Fig.3e).
Note: Before you continue the procedure, let it dry for 3 hours.
3. Degrease the designated adhesive surfaces on the car and
the side sills again with a cleaning tissue (Fig. 4).
4. Apply the primer to the adhesive surfaces on the parts and let
it dry for approx. 20 minutes (Fig.5).

Note: Si vous souhaitez vernir des pièces, veuillez absolument
observer les instructions de vernissage ci-jointes !

échéant, il faut raccourcir et ajuster les carters de la roue
aux bas de marche Milotec à l'aide d'outils appropriés.

une température ambiante d'au moins + 20°. Lors du montage,
éviter une exposition directe aux rayons solaires et ne pas
manger ni boire.
Conseil: Nous recommandons de vernir les cadres des grilles
en métal déployé livrés en noir.
1. Nettoyer tout d'abord soigneusement les surfaces du
véhicule prévues pour le collage, les dégraisser avec un chiffon
et veiller à ne travailler les surfaces que dans une seule
direction (fig. 2.).
2. Coller les grilles marquées par
gauche et à droite dans les bas de marche vernis comme suit :

Fig 3b. – « Rompre » le Primer-Stix et exercer une légère
pression afin que le primaire puisse humecter la pointe à fibres.
Appliquer du primaire sur les surfaces de collage des pièces et
laisser aérer pendant env. 20 minutes.
Fig 3c. –Appliquer une couche de colle pas trop épaisse.
Fig 3d. – Positionner la grille et appliquer encore de la colle sur
le bord (fig. 3e).
Note: Avant de continuer le montage, la colle doit sécher
pendant au moins trois heures.
3. Dégraisser de nouveau les surfaces du véhicule prévues
pour le collage avec un chiffon (fig. 4.).
