34204 - 1 Paar Spoilerecken vorne oder

Hinweis: Die Montage muss in einem trockenen und gut
belüfteten Raum bei mindestens +20°C Raumtemperatur

Sonneneinwirkung vermeiden, sowie nicht essen und trinken.
Die vorgesehenen Klebeflächen am Fahrzeug zuerst sorgfältig
säubern und ebenso wie die Klebeflächen der Teile mit dem
Reinigungstuch entfetten dabei die Oberflächen bitte nur in
einer Richtung bearbeiten (Bild 1). Die Klebeflächen beim
Lackieren bitte nicht überlackieren. Lackierhinweis beachten
Vorsicht: Mit Isopropanol getränkte Reinigungstücher sind
leicht entflammbar - deshalb bei der Montage nicht rauchen!!
1. Die Teile an den vorgesehenen Stellen anhalten, den
korrekten Sitz prüfen und die Konturen mit einem Stift
anzeichnen (so genannte Trockenübung).
2. Die vorgesehenen Klebeflächen an den Teilen mit dem
beiliegenden Schleifpapier leicht aufraue (Bild 2a.).
3. Die Klebedüse mit einemTape-Messer entsprechend
abschneiden. Den Kleber in ausreichender Menge, auf die
aufgerauten Stellen auftragen (Bild 2b.).
4. Die Teile auf die markierten Stellen aufdrücken und evtl. an
den Rändern ausgetretenen Kleber sofort mit techn. Benzin
entfernen. Die Teile in der endgültigen Position mit Klebeband
fixieren (Bild 3).
Wichtig: Während der Trockenzeit darf das Fahrzeug nicht
direkter Sonneneinwirkung ausgesetzt werden! Den
Fahrbetrieb erst wieder nach 6 Stunden aufnehmen. Vor Ablauf
von 24 Stunden darf keine Waschanlage benutzt werden

Upozornění: Montáž provádějte v suchém a větratelném
prostředí při teplotě min. +20°C. Lepení neprovádějte na
sluníčku. Při montáži nejezte ani nepijte. Plochy pro lepení
musí být suché a zbavené nečistot, tyto je třeba dále odmastit
přiloženým odmašťovacím ubrouskem-povrch jím utírejte jen v
jednom směru (obr. 1.). Plochy plastových dílů k lepení nesmí
být přelakovány. Při lakování dbejte přiloženého návodu pro
lakování.
Pozor: Odmašťovací ubrousek je napuštěn isopropanolem,
který je vysoce hořlavý, proto při montáži nekuřte.
1. Před vlastním lepením doporučujeme zkoušku dílu
přiložením k vozu na své místo tzv. "nanečisto", včetně
vyznačení polohy.
2. Pomocí dodaného brusného plátna zdrsněte budoucí
dosedací plochy (obr.2.a). Dbejte na to, aby byly celé tyto
plochy takto připraveny a mohlo tak dojít k maximální adhezi
PU lepidla .
3. Aplikační nástavec tuby PU lepidla seřízněte zhruba v jeho
polovině a naneste v přiměřené vrstvě dodané PU lepidlo tak,
aby byla dodržena přiměřená vzdálenost od okraje dílu Milotec
(obr.2.b).
4. Usaďte díl na své místo a lepené plochy lehce přitlačte. Díl
přitom musí přesně lícovat s liniemi karoserie. Případné
vytlačené lepidlo ihned odstraňte technickým benzinem.
Konečnou polohu dílu zafixujte lakýrnickou páskou-viz.obr.3.
Pozor! Po dobu schnutí lepidla nesmí být díly vystaveny
přímému slunečnímu svitu. Opětovné uvedení vozidla do
provozu je možné po 6-ti hodinách od dokončení montáže. Po
dobu 24 hodin by neměla být používána myčka.
Při nedodržení těchto pokynů nezodpovídáme za případné
vzniklé škody!

The pack contains:
34204 - 1 pair of front spoiler edges or
34304 - 1 pair of rear side sills or

2 x PU-adhesive 50 ml with nozzle
2 x isopropanole cleaning tissue
2 x abrasive paper

Note: The assembly must be performed in a dry and well
ventilated room at a room temperature of at least + 20°C. Avoid
direct sun light and do not eat and drink during assembly.
First, thoroughly clean the intended adhesive areas of the
vehicle and degrease them just as the adhesive surfaces of the
parts with the cleaning tissue – please process the surfaces in
one direction only (Fig. 1). When painting do not paint over the
adhesive surfaces. Observe painting instructions.
Caution: Isopropanole cleaning tissues are highly flammable –
this is why it is not allowed to smoke during assembly!!
1. Hold the parts to the designated points, check the correct fit
and mark the contours with a pen (so called dry run).
2. Slightly roughen the designated adhesive areas of the parts
with the supplied abrasive paper (Fig.2a.).
3. Cut the adhesive nozzle with a tape knife. Apply a sufficient
amount of adhesive to the roughened surfaces (Fig. 2b.).
4. Press the parts onto the marked points and remove any
surplus adhesive at the edges immediately with technical
benzene. Fix the parts in the final position with adhesive tape
(Fig. 3.).
Important: Do not expose the car to direct sunlight while it is
drying! The vehicle is ready for driving after 6 hours only. The
vehicle can be driven through a carwash after 24 hours.

INSTRUCTIONS DE MONTAGE
Fournitures:
34204 - 1 paire de coins spoiler avant ou
34304 - 1 paire de bas de marche arrière ou
34004 - 1 paire de coins de jupe arrière (pour limousine)
ou
34504 - 1 paire de coins de jupe arrière (pour break/tricorps)
2 x colle PU 50 ml avec buse
2 x chiffon de nettoyage à isopropanol
2 x papier émeri
1 x note pour colle PU
1 x instructions de vernissage
1 x instructions de montage

Réaliser le montage dans un local sec et bien ventilé à
Note:
une température ambiante d'au moins +20 °C. Lors du
montage, éviter une exposition directe aux rayons de soleil et
ne pas manger ni boire. Nettoyer d'abord les surfaces du
véhicule prévues pour le collage et dégraisser les surfaces de
collage des pièces à l'aide d'un chiffon tout en le glissant dans
une seule direction (fig. 1.). Lors du vernissage, ne pas vernir
les surfaces prévues pour le collage. Observer les instructions
de vernissage.
Attention: Les chiffons imprégnés d'isopropanol sont
facilement inflammables – donc ne jamais fumer pendant le
montage !!
1. Positionner les pièces aux endroits de montage, vérifier leur
positionnement correct et marquer les contours à l'aide d'un
crayon (opération appelée « essai à sec »).
2. Rendre les surfaces prévues pour le collage rugueuses avec
le papier émeri fourni. (fig. 2a).
Couper la buse de collage à l'aide d'un couteau approprié.
3.
Appliquer une quantité suffisante de colle sur les surfaces
rendues rugueuses (fig. 2b).
4. Presser les pièces contre les endroits marqués et enlever
immédiatement d'éventuelles quantités excédentaires de colle
avec de l'essence à nettoyer ! Fixer les pièces dans leur
position finale à l'aide d'un ruban adhésif (fig. 3).
Important: Pendant la période de séchage, le véhicule ne doit
pas être directement exposé aux rayons solaires. La conduite
ne peut être reprise qu'au bout de six heures. Le car-wash est
de nouveau possible au bout de 24 heures.
En cas de non-observation des présentes instructions,
