Fitting instructions
1)
Remove the spare wheel and disassemble the rear section of the exhaust.

Insert, in the provided drillings, in the side of the chassis beam (see photo 1) (drillings are enlarged till
ø15,5mm along the outside of the the chassis beam. Place along the inside of the chassis beam the filling
pieces (-j) with the points (A) on the just inserted bolts and also place the mounting pieces (-k) and (-l)
with the points (A) on the points (A) of the filling pieces (-j) (see photo 2,3), the points (B) of the
mounting piece (k) matches over the fixing hook of the exhaust on the left side of the vehicle.

Now place the tow bar with points (D) on the points (D) of the mounting pieces (-k) and (-l). Insert bolts
and washers but do not tighten anything yet (see photo 2,3). Place the filling pieces (-h) with the points
(C) on the provided drillings in the rear on the edge of the cross-beam (see photo 4), insert the bolts and
washers through the rear and also place the mounting pieces (-g) with the points (C) on the just inserted
bolts (see photo 5,6). Place the mounting pieces (-i) at the back of the tube of the tow bar and insert bolts
and washers at points (E) pf the mounting pieces (-g) and (-i). Make a drilling of 10,5mm at points (F), in
the edgde of geh cross-beam, to enable to place the bolt (see photo 5). Tighten everything firmly.
When assembling the T36, there's no need to make an incision. When assembling a T44, an incision has

to be made at the bottom of bottom of the bumper (see drawing). Replace the spare wheel and the rear
section of the exhaust.
5)
Assemble (*) and tighten everything firmly.

Note
Please consult your cardealer or owners manual for the maximal permissable towing mass.
Remove any bitumen coating on the fastening position for the tow bar.
When drilling, be carefull not to damage any brake lines, electrical wiring or fuel lines.
