Remarks regarding aerosoltherapy
 Do not exceed 12 ml solution in the nebulizing kit.
 Do not exceed the mark "full" printed on the nebulizing kit.
 Clean if necessary the jets of the nebulizer with hot water, without using any metal wire.
 A modification of jets dimensions can have a bad effect on the particle size and on the aerosols
therapeutic efficiency.
 Each nebulizing kit is intended for a single patient.
 Aerosol treatments can only be done on medical prescription and within the prescribed doses.
 Side effects: a risk of allergy of the body parts in touch with the nasal plug can appear.
 Unit not to be used in presence of a mixture of inflammable anaesthetic with air or oxygen or nitrous
oxide.
CAUTION, in all cases:
 WARNING: Always disconnect the electrical cord from the mains supply before opening the body of the
compressor (electrical shock hazard).
 WARNING: Only a professional repair shop is allowed to repair the device.
 WARNING: Modification forbidden.
 WARNING: Only use the accessories supplied and mentioned in the instructions for use.
 WARNING: Do not undertake service or maintenance operations while the device is in use.

8. FAILURE REMEDIES

Problem
No operating noise can be

Check that the electric cord is connected to the mains and to the device.
Check that the switch is in position on.
Check that main power supply is in accordance with the unit (Volt Hz).
Check that electrical current arrives to the socket trying with another device.
Check that the nebulizer contains enough liquid: the minimum is indicated on
the instructions for use of the nebulizing kit.
Check that the tube is well connected to the compressed air inlet of the
nebulizing kit and to the air outlet of the compressor.
Check that the tube is not pinched or blocked.
Check that the jet nozzle is completely inserted.
Jet nozzle must be cleared (clean it with water).
not Check the airtightness of the set: nostrils – nasal plug – nebulizing kit.
