After completing the cut, first press the on/off switch (2) to switch off the machine and then pull it out of the cut.

8. Troubleshooting

By purchasing this jig saw, you have acquired a product design to the state of the art and operationally reliable.
Nevertheless, problems or errors may occur.
The following contains description for the removal of possible interference.
Always observe all safety information in these operating instructions.
• If your saw will not operate, check the power at the mains plug.
• If your saw stops running, exercise due care to ensure the motor unit winding does not become damaged and/or
wet with oil or water.
• If your saw has noise or abnormal shaking when operating, inspect all mounting screws and ensure that they are
properly tightened. Should any of the screws be loose, retighten them immediately. Should any of the screws be
lost, change new ones in the hardware shop.
• If the cutting efficiency is reduced, checking the blade. Continued use of dull or damaged blade will result in reduced
cutting efficiency and may cause overloading of the motor. Replace the blade with a new one as soon as excessive
abrasion is noted.

9. Care and cleaning

Always disconnect the device before performing any adjustment or maintenance operation. If the supply
cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent in order to avoid a hazard.
a) Cleaning
Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. Most plastic parts are susceptible to damage from
various types of commercial solvents and may be damaged by their use.
• Use clean cloths to remove dirt, carbon dust, etc.
• Disconnect from the power supply immediately if the supply cord is damaged.
• Take care not to expose this tool to the rain.
b) Lubrication
All the bearings in this tool are lubricated with a sufficient amount of high grade lubricant for the life of the unit under
normal operating conditions, therefore no further lubrication is required.
