Potential cause/solution
• Is the mains plug properly connected with the socket?
• Is the socket defective? Try another socket.
• Check the fuse for your mains connection.
• Is the device activated? Push the On button.
• Has the permanent fi lter and the permanent fi lter holder
been correctly inserted?
• Is there suffi cient water in the water tank?
• The water tank is overfi lled. Always fi ll the water tank with
an amount of water that the cup (thermo cup etc.) located
under the coffee spout is capable of holding!
• There is no water in the water tank.
• No coffee has been added to the permanent fi lter.
• The device must be decalcifi ed (see chapter "Cleaning and
decalcifi cation").
