A1 Synchronization
Following a malfunction or after exchanging an
electronic part a synchronization procedure must
be carried out. The procedure is:
If necessary turn the remote control
OFF = push
System ON = turn isolation switch on
Execute the next steps for the Master Basic Sta-
tion and repeat the procedure for the Slave Basic
Station and the same remote control after that.
Basic Station reset-button = push and
hold !
Handset turn ON = Double click
LED remote control
LED Basic Station
Handset turn OFF = push
LED remote control
LED Basic Station
Release reset-button
The synchronization is completed.
Attention! Avoid pauses of more than 2 sec-
onds during the synchronization, otherwise
the synchronisation has to be restarted.
After approx. 20 seconds, the remote control will
be switched-off automatically, if there were no
entries!
A2 Reset
The reset process is only required if the LED of
the basic stations are eluminated. This is an error
signal (for example overload) - the LED is usually
off.
When resetting the overload protection reverts to
its normal position.
This procedure is to be executed first for the
master and after that for the slave basic station.
The reset process is complete.
Attention! If the LED does not turn off after re-
peating reset procedure for several times, please
contact your dealer.

A3 Maintenance
A) At least once a year please have your Move-
Control maintained and visually inspected as

described below:
- Cleaning of the complete drive unit.
- Application of suitable lubricant to all moving
parts (e.g. silicon spray).
- Check of the distance between the drive
rollers and the tyres as well as a checking the
tyre pressure.
- Visual inspection for damage of the cables
and the electrical connections.
- Check battery voltage.
- The threads at the spindles are regularly, at
least once a year before putting into operation,
treat with a suitable lubricant and checked for
easy going.
B) Before moving please check if the moving
drive is free of dirt, sand and debris.
C) In case of failures or problems please contact
your supplier.
