USING THE APPLIANCE

Prior to use
Carefully wash all the parts that come into contact with food prior to use (bowl, beaters and dough hooks).

Assembling the appliance

1.
Make sure that the power cord is unplugged and the speed button is in the "0" position.
2.
Select the required attachments according to what you want to use the mixer for: the beaters for whipping and
mixing or the dough hooks for kneading.
3.
Insert the dough hooks/beaters.
The hooks or the beaters should be inserted in a specific position. You can insert a hook or a beater with
gear only in the smaller socket and the second beater or hook with the pinion can be inserted only in
the larger socket.
Notes:
Make sure that the beaters or hooks are inserted in the correct sockets. Otherwise, the operation of the mixer can
be negatively affected.
You can use only one type of attachments at any one time.
Use as a table mixer
1.
Place the base on an even and firm surface.
2.
Insert correctly the beaters or the dough hooks.
3.
Place the mixer in the mixer holder and make sure that the recesses of the mixer are correctly fitted to the projections
of the holder. Correct placement is indicated by a snap.
4.
When releasing the mixer from the holder, hold with one hand the safety lock of the mixer and pull out the mixer
from the holder with the other hand.
5.
Place the required ingredients in the bowl. The amount of the ingredients must not exceed the MAX line on the
wall of the bowl.
6.
Make sure that the speed button is in the "0" position and plug in the power cord in the outlet.
7.
Set the required speed on the speed controller. There are 5 different speeds available. It is recommended when
kneading dough to set a lower speed at first, then increase the speed for optimal results. The maximum speed of
the blender is achieved by pressing the Turbo button.
Warning: Do not put in the bowl knives, metal spoons, forks, etc. during the operation.
If a foreign object falls in the bowl during the mixer operation, for example spatula, switch the speed
selector immediately to "0" position and remove the object!
8.
The maximum operating time should not exceed 4 minutes. Allow the appliance to cool for at least 20 minutes
between two cycles.
9.
When the mixing or kneading is finished, switch the speed to "0" position and unplug the power cord.
10. Press and hold the release button for tilting the stand and raise the holder with the mixer to secure it in the tilted
position.
11. If necessary, wipe the food remains off the beaters or hooks using rubber or wooden spatula.
Do not immerse in water!
