TROUBLE SHOOTING
PROBLEM
Dehumidifier does not operate
Dehumidifier collects little water
Dehumidifier is operating but
room is not drying
WARNING:
DO NOT attempt to rectify faults using unqualified personnel.
CAUSE
No Power to appliance
Switch not turned on
E4 error is displayed
Insufficient working time
Filter is blocked
Low ambient temperature
Condensate hose is blocked
Doors and windows are open

SOLUTION
Connect plug to power socket
Switch on
Check drainage flow
Allow more working time
Clean filter
Increase ambient temperature
Check hose for restrictions
Seal room from external areas
