ELECTRONIC PANEL FOR THE CONTROL OF ONE SINGLE-PHASE MOTOR
The BRA111 control panel is a command device (fully automatic) for a
single-phase operator with 0,5Hp max power, comprehensive of a radio
receiver 433,92MHz.

ANT
- Connection of the central aerial wire (Use the contact D-to connect
the copper screen )
SINGLE PULSE PUSHBUTTON
To be connected to terminal K on control panel (It operates in the following
sequence: OPEN-STOP-CLOSE-STOP.).
PHOTO CELLS
The photo cells (inserted as in the figure 1) make it possible to interrupt the
movement of the operator both in the opening and in the closing phase (with
movement being reset at the end of the intervention).
Should the photo cells be damaged, if you give a gate movement command,
the flashing light will not signal and the motor will remain stationary.
LIMIT SWITCHES
Connect the common wire of both the limit switches to terminal 8 (common
wire).
Connect the normally close (N.C.) of the limit switch which must interrupt
opening to terminal 4.
Connect the normally close (N.C.) of the limit switch which must interrups
closing to terminal 7.
230V 40W FLASHING LIGHT
Connect the flashing light supplied with a pcb to terminals U-V.
OPENING WITH FUNCTION BLOCK BY MEANS OF SWITCH OR TIMER.
This function is useful at peak times when traffic slows down (e.g. entry/exit of
employees, emergencies in residential zones or parking/waiting for removals).
APPLICATION
Connect a switch and/or daily/weekly type timer (in place of an N.O.
pushbutton) between common (8) and single pulse input (K) to enable barrier
opening and keep the barrier open while the switch is turned on or while the
timer is activated.
All control functions are inhibited while the barrier is open.
When the switch is turned off, or when the set time has elapsed, controls are
re-enabled and barrier closing is possible.
If JUMPER P2 is closed (enable standby time before automatic closing), the
barrier closes automatically when the switch is turned off or the set time has
elapsed.

MOTOR SETTINGS
CARRY OUT WITH GATE CLOSED!
N.B. In the event of errors during the pushbutton operation
procedure, repeat the operation after resetting by wiring in Jumper
for 1 second and then removing.
LED on
The LED remains permanently lit
2s
Time setting with 1 motor with or without limit switches
N.B. Limit switches, if connected, stop the motor but do not affect time
count. Therefore when the connected motor is shut down by means of
the limit switch, press S1 after 1 second to stop the time count.
If a safety device trips during setting procedures, the gate stops.
Activate the "Installer function" to return the gate to the fully closed
position and repeat the saving procedure.
INSTALLER FUNCTION
This function enables definition of the direction of rotation of the motor
during closing.
If the motors activate opening, invert connection wires on terminals V
and W, leaving wire U unchanged.
LED on
The LED remains permanently lit
2s
During the above, if pushbutton K
is pressed, the user can activate
closing by the motor to return the
gate to the fully closed position.
N.B. Safety devices and flasher unit are not enabled during this mode.
During this function, only the dead man closing control may be used by
means of pushbutton K.
