Tail trimming (modes 1 and 2):
If the helicopter wants to turn to the right with the tip of the fuselage, reduce the speed until the helicopter is standing
on its skids again safety, and then push the left of the two trim buttons for the tail function repeatedly. If the Tipp of the
fuselage turns to the left, press the right trim button for the tail function.
The transmitter emits a short confirmation tone at each push of a button. When the trimming is returned to
the centre position, a double signal sound is emitted.
Since the trimming reacts to the mixing ratio of the two drive motors, it is highly sensitive. Therefore, the button must be
pressed repeatedly until a clear change of the helicopter's flight behaviour is noticeable.
Additionally, the current setting of the trimming is displayed
with a trim bar in the lower left of the display. When the left
trim button is pushed, the marking arrow moves to the left;
when the right trim button is pushed, the arrow moves to
the right.
The last trim value set is automatically saved and displayed
again after transmitter is switched on again.
Push the pitch lever carefully forward and check if the
adjustment was sufficient. Keep repeating this procedure
until the helicopter no longer has any tendency to turn on its
own.
