Problem
The massage roll does
not roll evenly during
usage.
LEDs do not flash during
charging.
Solution
Try to avoid applying load on one
side and, as far as possible, you
should apply load to the massage
roll evenly.
Check whether the USB charging
cable is correctly connected to the
massage roll.
