The appliance meets the requirements of the following European Directives and theirs
modifications.
Installation
The appliance has to be installed in a room where ambient temperature is between 16 and 32°C. Over or
under this recommended temperature range, performances may be affected.
This appliance is not intended to be used in an unheated room (garage...), you have to place in an ambient
room. This product is designed for maximum cooling to 15 ° C below ambient temperature.
Do not place your cellar near sources of heat or direct exposure to sunlight.
The air must circulate around the basement to remove the heat produced by the thermoelectric
plate on the back of your device. It is advisable to leave at least 5 cm of space on each side and
on the top and 10 cm at the back between the wall and the product. The cellar should never be
built or installed in a cabinet.
Do not place heavy items on top of the cellar.
Cleaning
Cleaning your cellar chocolate thermoelectric:
-Unplug the cellar and empty its contents.
-Wash the inside and trays with a non-chemical, non-abrasive product. We recommend that you
wash with warm water and a solution of baking soda. The solution should be about 2 tablespoons
of baking soda to a quart of water.
-The outside of the cellar should be cleaned with a mild detergent and warm water.
-Wipe with a soft cloth after washing
We recommend that you regularly clean wooden drawers with hot water to prevent the formation
of mold that may form due to food residue and after a long time without cleaning.
