These points must be forwarded to the appropriate companies and persons ( plumber,
construction firm, end customer etc.)
1.) Disslocation of the underground tank into the ground
To unload the GEOtank some help for unloading must be provided.
The mounting of the tank must be followed according to the provided mounting instruction and burried
following the local conditions and laws.
2.)
Plumber
Must dimension the layout of the construction in a way that an immaculate operation is guaranteed
(e.g. connection according to the mounting instruction, inspection of the position of the holding screw
etc) The specified conditions of the boiler manufacturer in his particular technical sheets must
absolutely be followed (e.g. the maximum distance of the lowest point of the tank the boiler 15m, the
maximum distance in height 6m from the lowest point of the tank, electrical connections, adjustment
parameter etc.) Besides, the conditions of the boiler manufacturer must be followed (planning
documents for the pellet boiler, as the case may be wood-pellets storage room). Please contact the
particular manufacturer of the components, to appoint the usability.
3.)
System administrator
As the case may be, maintenance work must be accomplished.
The system administrator must take care of, that before the commissioning a commissioning check-up
must be accomplished.
4.) Scope of delivery Geoplast
GEOtank:
Extraction unit (screw-suction extraction with 230V/370W/ca.3,3A motor – at suction systems)

Boiler manufacturer:
Boiler with delivery unit and control
- Delivery hose DN 50 mm (at suction system)
5.) Mounting
The mounting must be made from an authorized company. The adequate mounting guidelines come
enclosed with the product, or, as the case may be, can be ordered in advance. The right control of the
holding motor (230V/370W/3,3A motor) is carried out through the boiler control, and must be checked from
the person who operates the facility before the start of operation.
6.) Cutting Site
The cutting site between the wood-pellets storage system and the boiler are the connections of the hoses
on the suction lance and the hand-over-point of the pellets.
In any case of disturbance, the reason of the disturbance must be investigated according to the
maintenance guidelines of GEOPLAST and the boiler manufacturer and forwarded to the appropriate
company.
7.) Warranty-boundaries
The boundaries of the warranty take place at the defined cutting site.
These cannot overlap and e asserted.
For warranty-claims, a complete check-up must be done and the form must be filled in.
