Variant: PumpFast Premium with O.M.F.B. hand pump
• A ssembly of the 3-part stainless steel housing including the pump unit on the drawbar of the
car trailer – lead the oil line out of the housing over the drawbar (see Fig. 2).
• L oosen one of the two plastic screws on the head of the O.M.F.B. hand pump.
• I nserting the aluminum tube into the tank.
• M ark the pipe overhang over the tank.
• S horten the aluminum tube by the determined length using a hand hacksaw
(Caution: the pipe is very thin-walled).
• S crew the shortened aluminum tube into the tank.
• C onnect the suction pipe to the pump using the hydraulic hose supplied.
• S crew the T-piece into the existing hydraulic line.
• T ighten the loose hydraulic screw connections.
Notices
• P rovide the pump and drive shaft with additional anti-corrosion agents on salty roads.
• A void water deposits on the sealing ring of the drive shaft.
• W hen the system is pumped up for the first time, there may still be air in the system;
this escapes when the system is pumped up several times.

Operation & safety information
• B efore lifting the bridge, the lowering throttle of the hand pump must be closed.
• W ith a 17 mm socket wrench insert, the gear pump is driven with "clockwise" rotation.
• R ecommended speeds are from 1700 rpm to 4200 rpm.
• W ith the cordless screwdriver, the overload protection must be set in order to avoid sudden
tearing/twisting of the hand when the cylinder end stop is reached.
• B efore reaching the cylinder end stop, the speed must be reduced.
