TIN2A: TENSION ON INPUT 2
When tension is detected on input 1, an SMS is sent out with text "TENSION
ON INPUT 2". Default: ALARM! INPUT 2 HIGH
Note: a semi colon (;) is not allowed inside the message

When no tension is detected on input 1, an SMS is sent out with text "NO
TENSION ON INPUT 2". Default: ALARM! INPUT 2 LOW
