g) When transporting and handling the device between
the warehouse and the destination, observe the
occupational health and safety principles for manual
transport operations which apply in the country
where the device will be used.
h) Do not move, adjust or rotate the device in the course
of work.
i) Do not leave this appliance unattended while it is in
use.
j) Clean the device regularly to prevent stubborn grime
from accumulating.
k) It is forbidden to interfere with the structure of
the device in order to change its parameters or
construction.
l) Keep the device away from sources of fire and heat.
ATTENTION! Despite the safe design of the device
and its protective features, and despite the use of
additional elements protecting the operator, there
is still a slight risk of accident or injury when using
the device. Stay alert and use common sense when
using the device.
3. USE GUIDELINES
The device is used to independently generate electricity
and to power other devices.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
unintended use of the device.
3.1. PREPARING FOR USE
APPLIANCE LOCATION
The temperature of environment must not be higher than
40°C and the relative humidity should be less than 85%.
Ensure good ventilation in the room in which the device
is being used. There should be at least 150 cm distance
between each side of the device and the wall or other
objects. Keep the product away from hot surfaces. The
device should always be used when positioned on an even,
stable, clean, fireproof and dry surface, and be out of the
reach of children and persons with limited mental and
sensory functions.

3.2. DEVICE USE

3.2.1. PREPARATION OF THE DEVICE BEFORE STARTING
1. Bleed the pipes
Before the device was delivered from the factory, the
oil and the fuel was drained. Before refilling the fuel
and the oil, check that there is no air in the oil circuit.
In order to bleed the pipes, loosen the nut connecting
the injection pump with the fuel line and wait until no
more air bubbles can be seen. Then re-tighten the nut.
2. Air filter:
• before the first and each use, check that the air filter is
clean and correctly installed,
• do not clean the filter with detergents,
• if the engine power drops or the exhaust gas colour is
wrong, replace the filter,
• to check or replace the filter, unscrew the thumbscrew
and remove the cover shown in the photo below.

PLEASE NOTE: Do not start the device without the air filter!
3. Diesel:
• before the first use, fill the diesel tank and check its
level regularly
• the diesel must not be contaminated!
• when filling the tank, be careful not to let the diesel
run out
• after filling the tank, carefully tighten the tank cap!
• do not overfill the tank!
4. Engine oil:
• before the first use, refill the engine oil tank and then
check its level regularly
• the device has a low oil pressure alarm (LED is shown
in the photo below). However, the LED only works
when the battery is connected and charged.
However, it is recommended to check its condition with
a dipstick before each use (the dipstick and oil filler cap are
shown in the photo below); you can damage the engine if
there is not enough oil.

A complete oil replacement is recommended:
a) After the first 20 hours of the device operation (or
after a month).
b) Then after three consecutive 50-hour work cycles.
c) After the first four oil replacements, every 100 hours of
device operation (or every 3 months).
To drain the oil, unscrew the bolt shown in the photo
below. Drain the oil with the engine off but hot. Precautions
should be taken to avoid burns, pour the oil into a suitable
container, and dispose of it.
It is recommended to remove the oil filler cap before
removing the screw. When the old oil stops leaking, it is
recommended to pour a small amount of clean oil into
the tank and check that clean oil flows out. If so, you can
tighten the screw, pour the correct amount of new oil and
screw in the filler cap.
PLEASE NOTE: Do not add oil while the engine is running!
5. Grounding
The generator should be grounded during operation!
Before using the device for the first time, consult
a qualified electrician to establish proper grounding.
6. Battery
To start the device with a starter, connect the battery
correctly before starting the device:
• connect the positive terminal of the generator
with the positive terminal of the battery and
the negative terminal of the generator with the
negative terminal of the battery
PLEASE NOTE: Incorrect connection of the
battery to the generator will damage the devices.
PLEASE NOTE: Do not touch the battery poles!
7. Starting the generator
a) Test run

The first hours of operation of the device should be
treated as a test run. At this stage, do not overload the
device and replace the engine oil after 20 hours.
b) Manual start
• insert the key and set the diesel switch to the
"ON" position,
• set the engine speed lever to the "RUN" position
• pull the starter handle and pull the rope until you
feel resistance, then let it return to its original
position
• press the pressure reduction lever (after
removing the starter, it will automatically return
to its original position)
• pull the starter grip vigorously
c) Electric starter
• insert the key and set the diesel switch to the
"OFF" position,
• set the engine speed lever to the "RUN" position
• set the diesel oil switch to the "START" position,
• remove your hand from the switch lever and
allow the switch to return automatically to the
"ON position,"
• if the engine fails to start after 10 seconds, return
to the start position, wait 15 seconds and try
again
8. Correct operation of the power generator
• start the device,
• preheat the engine for about 3 minutes without
load,
• check if the low oil pressure light is off,
PLEASE NOTE: If the oil pressure or the engine oil
level is low, the device will automatically shut off
when the light comes on. If the oil is not topped
up, the device will shut down each time the
engine is started.
• after starting, check that the generator does not
emit any unusual sounds or vibrations and that
the exhaust colour is correct (whether or not it is
black or too white)
