Operating the microwave oven

NOTE
The thawing times specified are guidelines. The actual thawing time
required depends on the type of food and its water content (meat, fish,
vegetables, fruit, bread, etc.). The higher the water content of the food,
the more time is required for thawing. To distribute the heat evenly, turn
the food over or around during the thawing process.
