Thanks to airflow menu, the next menu appears:

6. FUNCTION DESCRIPTION

6.1 Probe
See introduction of last paragraph.
6.2 HOLD
Freeze the current measure.
6.3 Config
Units selection
Browse the different available units by pressing up and down arrow and validate pressing on OK.
thermocouple
Press OK to display the list of available thermocouples K, J and T.
Select the thermocouple using the up and down arrows.
Confirm with OK.
Display selection
Press OK to enter the sub function. Select the channel using the up and down arrow keys and confirm
with OK. Using the up and down arrows to select ON (displayed) or OFF (not displayed) and confirm
with OK.
6.4 Autozero
To realize a manual autozero, press on the knob when the scrolling down menu displays "autozero".
