Safety Instructions

Read and understand this manual and all safety signs before using this appliance.
Indoor use only.
• This device can be used by children aged from 8 years and above, and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the device in a safe
way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the device. Cleaning
and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
• Non replaceable light source. The light source in this luminaire is not replaceable. When the
light source reaches its end of life the whole luminaire shall be replaced.
• Make sure that the power wiring comes from a circuit with a suitable fuse or circuit
breaker.
• Choking hazard! Ensure that plastic bags, packaging, etc. are disposed of properly and are
not within reach of babies and young children.
• Electric shock caused by high voltages inside. Never remove any covers. There are no user-
serviceable parts inside. Do not use the appliance if covers, protectors or optical
components are missing or damaged.
• Electric shock caused by short-circuit. Do not modify the mains cable or the plug. Failure to
do so could result in electric shock/death or fire. If in doubt, seek advice from a registered
electrician.
• Eye damage caused by high light intensity. Never look directly into the light source.
• Risk of epileptic shock. Strobe lighting can trigger seizures in photosensitive epilepsy.
Sensitive persons should avoid looking at strobe lights.
• Risk of fire. Do not cover the appliance nor any ventilation slots. Do not place the appliance
near any direct heat source. Keep the appliance away from naked flames.
