ring of the corresponding diameter. The flue gas pipe should be directed upwards at an angle of approx. 10°.

Caution: If installing a variant with automatic regulation, it is necessary to install a flue gas temperature sensor
in the flue as close as possible to the outlet of the insert. (Drill a hole with a diameter of 8.5 mm and secure with
a lock nut.)
4.4. Installation (setting) of the insert in the space (room)
Before installing the fireplace insert, it is necessary to verify the load-bearing capacity of the floor (ceiling) whether
it meets the load-bearing conditions for the relevant type of insert depending on its weight, including the weight
of the complete enclosure. The appliance may be installed on a floor with adequate load-bearing capacity and, if
the existing structure does not meet this precautionary measure, appropriate measures must be taken to ensure
that the weight is distributed over a larger area (e.g. a load distribution plate).
The enclosure may only be made of special-purpse materials for enclosures (e.g. SKAMOTEC, VARMSEN, SILCA,
GRENAISOL) with sufficiently dimensioned openings for intake and ducts. Regulating openings – grilles must be
placed so that they cannot be covered or blocked during operation.
4.5. Installation of hot air distribution
The upper part of M9 and X15 inserts is structurally adapted for the connection of hot air distributions via flanges
– connection of pipes with a diameter of 125 mm (2x). S5 insert does not have these flanges, there are only vents
in the insert casing.
4.6. Insert frame installation
An original frame with a 20 mm or 46 mm border in grey or black can be ordered as an optional accessory for
the insert. The frame is mounted using 4 screws (2 at the top + 2 at the bottom) accessible from the inside after
opening the door. The frame can be moved in terms of depth in the range of 10 mm (it is recommended to align
it with the door). See Attachment P8.
Recommended dimensions of the enclosure and min. distance of objects from the front side:
Insert S5:
Building panel th. 40 mm, gaps between the insert and the side and the back plate 100 mm
Enclosure height 1900 mm, width 750 mm and depth 480 mm
Min. distance from the front side 1100 mm.
Insert M9:
Building panel th. 40 mm, gaps between the insert and the side and the back plate 100 mm
Enclosure height 1900 mm, width 980 mm and depth 650 mm
Min. distance from the front side 1100 mm.
Insert X15:
Building panel th. 40 mm, gaps between the insert and the side and the back plate 100 mm
Enclosure height 1900 mm, width 1200 mm and depth 740 mm
Min. distance from the front side 1500 mm.
Caution: For the possibility of maintenance, service or cleaning of the appliance, flue and chimney, it is necessary
to install a sufficient side opening (openings) in the enclosure for easy access and to ensure a surrounding safe
space for access to the insert itself. Before the finalization of the enclosure, it is recommended to operate the
insert for a short time without the enclosure to verify the correct function of the appliance and connected com-
ponents.
5. OPERATION MANUAL
5.1. First commissioning of the appliance
Prior to initial commissioning, the glass, door, body and fireplace accessory stickers must be removed; this also
applies to any transport securing elements. Check that the vermiculite blocks, outlets and the barrier are correctly
placed according to the figure in Technical Information. If you find anything is not placed correctly, correct it,
otherwise the proper function of the heater is not be ensured. A heat-resistant two-component paint is used for
