Transporting the mobility scooter
Extremely dangerous:
When transporting the mobility scooter in
a motor vehicle, always make sure you are
seated in a fixed seat of the motor vehicle.
Mobility scooters may never be used as
seating support in a motor vehicle, even if
the mobility scooter is secured with a taxi
restraint system.
You should not move the mobility scooter by
using a hoisting device or a lifting system.
Be careful:
Never carry the mobility scooter by the
plastic parts of the housing.
Attention:
The parts are heavy. Ask for help if required:
Weight of the battery box: 15.5 kg.
Front part of the mobility scooter: 18.5 kg.
Rear part of the mobility scooter: 16.1 kg.
Seat: 11 kg.
Basket: 0.6 kg.
Removing the seat
1. Stand next to the mobility scooter.
2. Push the backrest forward.
3. Turn the lever (C) downwards.
4. Rotate the seat a quarter turn to the left or to
the right.
5. Lift the seat from the mobility scooter.

Folding down the steering column
1. Loosen the button (M) at the bottom of the
steering column.
2. Move the steering column towards the seat
as far as possible.
Tip: if the seat is removed, the steering
column can be folded down further.
3. Retighten the lever (C).
Transport
Once the seat has been removed you can
transport the mobility scooter in the boot, for
example.
It may be the case that your mobility scooter is
too large for some public means of transport.
Make your mobility scooter smaller if possible.
If required, the mobility scooter can be further
dismantled, see chapter 'Settings and adjust
ments'.
Storage when not using the mobility scooter
Attention:
Always store batteries fully charged.
Fully charged AGM batteries will retain their
charge for up to six months, but they must
always be charged before use. The battery
capacity will only reach its full capacity after
a few times of using and charging.
Avoid storage of batteries at extremely high
or low temperatures.
AGM batteries do not need to be topped
up with water. Contact a qualified scooter
mechanic if you have any performance
issues.
