Flexible hose system
For setting up the supply air and extract air ducts from the air distributors to
the individual rooms, or rather their valves.
Air transfer using hose system 75/63 or 63/52.
The supply air and extract air distribution systems are each to have their own
air distributor.
Each air distributor is to be fitted as close as possible to the CWL unit. The air
distributors are pre-assembled as straight-through distributors, but can also
easily be converted for use as 90° distributors. Air distributors can be fitted to
the wall or ceiling. Be sure to keep the inspection opening of the air distributors
accessible.
Warning:
It is essential that any unused connection ports are sealed shut with the pipe
caps supplied!
For direct connection from the air distributors to the connecting pieces. For flexible
laying on ceilings and behind intermediate ceilings and walls, and routable in
virtually any configuration according to structural requirements.
To ensure uniform air distribution and adjustment, the air lines should not be
shorter than approx. 5 m and not longer than approx. 15 m.
Fit the sealing ring in the second recess in the air distribution hose. Insert the
air distribution hose into the air distributor or connecting nozzle, keeping it
straight and rotating slightly until it reaches its stop position.
Push in the metal catches on the connecting pieces to fix the air distribution
hose in position.
Note:
Lubricating the sealing ring with standard washing-up liquid makes fitting
easier.
The air distribution hose can be laid without wastage in the endless system by
using push and click connectors.
This is done by connecting two ends of air distribution hose with one another
using a push and click connector and two sealing rings.

extraction valves.

They are fitted to their respective connector pieces.
Valves are adjustable from 0-100%.
