Always disconnect mains power when the appliance is not in
use or when servicing or maintenance activities are
performed. Handle the power cord by the plug only.
DO NOT disassemble or open the cover. There are no user-
serviceable parts inside the appliance. Refer to an authorized
dealer for service and/or spare parts.
Warning: Do not puncture batteries or throw them in fire as
they may explode. Do not attempt to recharge non-
rechargeable batteries (alkaline). Dispose of batteries in
accordance with local regulations. Keep batteries away from
children.
 Do not recharge non-rechargeable batteries due to risk of
explosion.
 The battery must be placed in a well-ventilated area during
charging.
 The battery terminal not connected to the chassis has to be
connected first. The other connection is to be made to the chassis,
remote from the battery and fuel line. The battery charger is then
to be connected to the supply mains.
 After charging, disconnect the battery charger from the supply
mains. Then remove the chassis connection and then the battery
connection.
