D
Open the rinsing agent reservoir
(see Fig. 4) on the inside of the door, next to
the detergent reservoir.
The means of operation will depend on the
type of dishwasher: the containers all work
on the basis of the same principle.
Open the container by pressing button B.
Pour rinse-aid into the container and then
close it again.
The container has a capacity of 100 cm
(enough for about fifty washing cycles).
Every now and again check the level of the
rinse-aid.
The gauge (C) is between the detergent
and the rinsing agent reservoir.
Reservoir empty: ! . Reservoir full: ~ .
The correct quantity of rinse-aid per
washing cycle is adjustable.
Turn knob D in the container to the desired
setting. The amount of rinse-aid is in
proportion to the numbers on the knob.
– Increase the amount (choose a higher
number):
Washed kitchenware is dull or flecked as
a result of dried drops of water.
– Reduce the amount (choose a lower
number):
Washed kitchenware is sticky or has
whitish streaks.
Remark:
As standard setting, the rinse-aid container is
set at the lowest amount.
Detergent
Fig. 4
In the door, next to the rinsing agent reservoir,
there is also a reservoir for the detergent
(see Fig. 4).
Open the lid of the reservoir by pressing
button (A).
Fill the reservoir with approx. 25 g detergent.
Follow the detergent manufacturer's
guidelines.
When you choose the 'strong' programme,
3
proceed as follows: Fill the container with
about 25 grams of detergent.
Close the lid of the container.
Now completely fill the sunken space in the
lid with detergent.
In the case of dishwashers without a
sunken space in the lid, put the extra
detergent directly into the dishwasher
interior.
