In this section, you will fi nd important safety instructions for using the device.
The device complies with the statutory safety regulations. However, incorrect use
can result in injury and material damage.
To ensure safe operation of the device, follow the safety guidelines set out below
■
Prior to use, check the device for visible external damage. Do not operate a
device that has been damaged or dropped.
■
If the cables or connections are damaged, have them replaced by an author-
ised specialist or the Customer Service department.
■
People who are incapable of using the device safely due to their physical,
intellectual or motor abilities may only use it whilst under the supervision or
direction of a responsible person
■
Do not allow children to use the device unless they are being supervised.
■
All repairs must be carried out by authorised specialist companies or by the
Customer Service department. Improper repairs can pose signifi cant risks to
the user. It will also invalidate any warranty claim.
■
Repairs to the device during the warranty period may only be carried out by
a customer service department authorised by the manufacturer. Otherwise
no additional warranty claims can be considered for subsequent damage.
■
Defective components must always be replaced with original replacement
parts. Compliance with safety requirements can only be guaranteed if original
replacement parts are used.
■
Protect the device from penetration by moisture and liquids.
WARNING
The device is equipped with a class 1 laser.
Laser radiation is dangerous to the eyesight!
Observe the following safety instructions to avoid exposing
yourself or others to laser radiation:

Never open the device.

Have the device repaired only by a specialist.
►
Do not make any modifi cations to the device.
