Always check the operation of the device after installing it.
1. Position the device in the place where it is to be installed. If it is to be wall mounted,
drill holes along a horizontal line spaced 307 mm apart for fixing the device. Fix the
instrument to the wall with the filters placed vertically and level with 2 screw anchors
having a capacity of at least 5 kg.
2. Screw the pipe reduction ¾ "F-¼" pipe (Code SPUA041) on tap (INSTALLED to point E) of
the water supply. An alternative you can use the fitting ½ "with its tap, supplied (Code
2ZPUA0002).
3. Use a piece of a ¼" pipe supplied (code SPUA036) to connect the supply valve on the
device's water inlet fitting.
4. Screw the rotating elbow fitting ¼"F – ¼"T (Code SPUA044) onto the rear water supply
fitting of the autoclave (see autoclave manual).
5. Connect a cut length of ¼" pipe to the water outlet fitting of the device.

fitting, FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS in previous POINT D.
6. Connect the other end of the pipe referred to in point 5 to the fitting referred to in
point 4, screwed onto the autoclave.
7. Connect the device's discharge fitting to the waste water line, again with a piece of a ¼"
pipe. If necessary, use the collar supplied (SPUA035) mentioned in section F.
8. Connect the power cord of the device to the socket on the rear panel of the autoclave.
9. Rotate the two ball valves so that the levers are parallel to the tubes going into and out
by themselves (Fig. 11, 12).
10. Open the tap water supply upstream of the device and let water run for at least 1
minute.
11. Rotate the two ball valves so that the levers are perpendicular to the tubes (Fig. 13 &
14).
12. Verify that the final condition of the device is similar to that shown in Fig. 15 & 16.
13. Verify that there is no loss of water and rearrange the device original position.
14. Record label of the device sediment filter installation date
