6.1. Status displays

The following LEDS may light up during operation:
LED
Mode 1:
6V
Charging a 6 V battery
Recommended battery capacity 1.2–14 Ah, 1 A charge current
Mode 2:
Charging a 12 V motorcycle battery or 12 V car battery
Recommended battery capacity 1.2–120 Ah, 1 A charge current
Mode 3:
Fast charging 12 V car battery
Recommended battery capacity 1.2–120 Ah, 4 A charge current
Mode 4: Fast charging at low ambient temperature only for a 12 V bat-
tery
Recommended battery capacity 1.2-120 Ah, 4 A charge current
Charging process active
Trickle charging for a fully charged battery.
Before the battery charger switches to trickle charge (when the bat-
tery is fully charged) the frame of the battery icon flashes for approx. 1
minute.
Error: Defective battery
Error: e.g. reversed terminal clamps
