We want to thank you for purchasing a Mecatecno Children's Off-road motorbike. As an adult, it is
your responsibility to ensure the motorbike is responsibly used in a controlled environment guaran-
teeing the child's safety. Your Mecatecno can and should be adapted to each rider. It is important
to note the necessary adjustments for one child or adult will not be suitable for others. The original
buyer is the only person who should use or adjust the Mecatecno. Anyone else unfamiliar with the
motorbike's special features will not properly supervise its use.
In case a third party is responsible for supervising the use of the motorbike, this manual or the infor-
mation contained within it should be provided so that the necessary safety measures are properly
implemented for the driver.
Setting the speedometer control is absolutely imperative. As the person responsible for the driver,
you should always ensure the speedometer is adapted to the driver's ability and learning level. The
Mecatecno engine is very powerful and will reach the speed indicated by the speedometer control
almost instantaneously. Therefore, you should limit the speedometer to avoid high-risk situations
and driver panic. The speedometer control should only be changed when indicated by the driver's
progress. In addition to the adjustments and control of both the motorbike and the driver, training
supervision also includes surveying the terrain. Being familiar with the riding circuit is required
knowledge for the proper use of the motorbike.
Operation of the Mecatecno is subject to local law and the motorbike should not be driven on public
roads.
Thanks to its reduced noise level (<65 dB), the Mecatecno can be used in various settings as it ope-
rates with an electric engine rather than gasoline. Your Mecatecno is designed to accompany your
first motorbike ride to children's off-road competitions, if desired.
