Safety Indications
• Dur ng cook ng, mo sture may condense ns de the oven cav ty or on the glass of the door. Th s s a normal
cond t on. To reduce th s effect, wa t 10-15 m nutes after turn ng on the power before putt ng food ns de the
oven. ln any case, the condensat on d sappears when the oven reaches the cook ng temperature.
• Cook the vegetables n a conta ner w th a l d nstead of an open tray.
• Avo d leav ng food ns de the oven after cook ng for more than 15/20 m nutes.
• WARNING: the appl ance and access ble parts become hot dur ng use. Be careful not to touch any hot
parts.
• WARNING: the access ble parts can become hot when the gr ll s n use. Ch ldren should be kept at a safe
d stance.
• WARNING: ensure that the appl ance s sw tched off before replac ng the bulb, to avo d the poss b l ty of
electr c shocks.
• WARNING: n order to avo d any danger caused by the acc dental resett ng of the thermal nterrupt on
dev ce, the appl ance should not be powered by an external sw tch ng dev ce, such as a t mer, or be
connected to a c rcu t that s regularly sw tched on and off.
• Ch ldren under 8 should be kept at a safe d stance from the appl ance f not cont nuously superv sed.
• Ch ldren should not play w th the appl ance.
• The appl ance can be used by those aged 8 or over and by those w th l m ted phys cal, sensor al or mental
capac t es, w thout exper ence or knowledge of the product, only f superv sed or prov ded w th nstruct on
as to the operat on of the appl ance, n a safe way w th awareness of the poss ble r sks.
• Clean ng and ma ntenance should not be carr ed out by unsuperv sed ch ldren.
• Do not use rough or abras ve mater als or sharp metal scrapers to clean the oven door glasses, as they
can scratch the surface and cause the glass to shatter.
• The oven must be sw tched off before remov ng the removable parts. After clean ng, reassemble them
accord ng the nstruct ons.
• Only use the meat probe recommended for th s oven.
• Do not use a steam cleaner for clean ng operat ons.
• Connect a plug to the supply cable that s able to bear the voltage, current and load nd cated on the tag
and hav ng the earth contact. The socket must be su table for the load nd cated on the tag and must have
ground contact connected and n operat on. The earth conductor s yellow-green n colour. Th s operat on
should be carr ed out by a su tably qual f ed profess onal. ln case of ncompat b l ty between the socket and
the appl ance plug, ask a qual f ed electr c an to subst tute the socket w th another su table type. The plug
and the socket must be conformed to the current norms of the nstallat on country. Connect on to the power
source can also be made by plac ng an omn polar breaker between the appl ance and the power source
that can bear the max mum connected load and that s n l ne w th current leg slat on. The yellow-green
earth cable should not be nterrupted by the breaker. The socket or omn polar breaker used for the
connect on should be eas ly access ble when the appl ance s nstalled.
• The d sconnect on may be ach eved by hav ng the plug access ble or by ncorporat ng a sw tch n the f xed
w r ng n accordance w th the w r ng rules.
• lf the power cable s damaged, t should be subst tuted w th a cable or spec al bundle ava lable from the
manufacturer or by contact ng the customer serv ce department. The type of power cable must be
H05V2V2-F. Th s operat on should be carr ed out by a su tably qual f ed profess onal. The earth conductor
(yellow-green) must be approx mately 10 mm longer than the other conductors. For any repa rs, refer only
to the Customer Care Department and request the use of or g nal spare parts.
• Fa lure to comply w th the above can comprom se the safety of the appl ance and nval date the
guarantee.
• Any excess of sp lled mater al should be removed before clean ng.
• A long power supply fa lure dur ng an occurr ng cook ng phase may cause a malfunct on of the mon tor. ln
th s case contact customer serv ce.
• The appl ance must not be nstalled beh nd a decorat ve door n order to avo d overheat ng.
• When you place the shelf ns de, make sure that the stop s d rected upwards and n the back of the cav ty.
The shelf must be nserted completely nto the cav ty.
• WARNING: Do not l ne the oven walls w th alum n um fo l or s ngle-use protect on ava lable from stores.
Alum n um fo l or any other protect on, n d rect contact w th the hot enamel, r sk melt ng and deter orat ng
the enamel of the ns des.
• WARNING: Never remove the oven door seal.
• CAUTION: Do not ref ll the cav ty bottom w th water dur ng cook ng or when the oven s hot.
• No add t onal operat on/sett ng s requ red n order to operate the appl ance at the rated frequenc es.
