delivery hose connections and the state of the hoses.
Leaks may prevent pumping due to air intake or
cause a dangerous leakage.
u)
The suction and delivery hoses should be protected
against accidental damage.
v)
During use, always make sure that no mechanical
pressure will be exerted on the pump during use due
to the weight of the liquid hoses. It is recommended
to fix the hoses to the wall using rubber-padded
clamps.
w)
Hoses must not be bent, twisted or excessively
stretched.
x)
Check the position of the pump to ensure that the
suction and delivery capabilities of the device have
not been exceeded.
y)
Before the first use, flood the pump and the suction
hose with the liquid to be pumped. The device
cannot work dry. The pumped liquid must not
contain any abrasive matter or impurities. Abrasive
material shortens the pump life.
z)
Take precautions to protect the surroundings from
being flooded with the pumped liquid if the device
fails.
ATTENTION! Despite the safe design of the device
and its protective features, and despite the use of
additional elements protecting the operator, there
is still a slight risk of accident or injury when using
the device. Stay alert and use common sense when
using the device.
3. USE GUIDELINES
The device is designed to pump substances such as:
AdBlue, urea, DEF, Aus32, water, alcohol, ethanol, ammonia,
IBC, etc. The temperature of pumped substances must not
exceed 60°C and their concentration must not exceed
30%. The user is liable for any damage resulting from
unintended use of the device.

3.2. PREPARING FOR USE

Appliance location
Only use the device in well-ventilated areas. Keep the
device away from any hot surfaces. Always use the device
on a level, stable, clean, fireproof and dry surface, out of
reach of children and persons with limited mental functions,
and in a place protected from adverse weather conditions
such as rain or direct sunlight, as well as from the risk of
getting wet. Position the device such that you always have
access to the power plug. The power cord connected to the
appliance must be properly grounded and correspond to
the technical details on the product label.
Assembling the appliance
CAUTION! Installation must be carried out by a qualified
specialist!
1)
Remove the plugs (if fitted) from the unit's
connection openings.
2)
Screw the connectors into the connection openings
(for MSW-AOP40 model, after placing the seals

between the parts to be connected).
During subsequent assembly steps, parts not supplied with
the MSW-AOP40 are used. Additional accessories must be
provided by the user on their own.
3)
Place the suction hose (usually transparent) and the
supply hose (usually black) on the connection pieces.
4)
Tighten the hoses on the connection pieces with the
supplied hose clamps.
5)
Fit a dosing gun at the end of the supply hose.
6)
Mount the suction head at the end of the suction
hose.
7)
Securely attach the unit to the pumped liquid tank
(for MSW-AOP40S, using hooks and ropes).

8)
Make sure that the place of installation of the device
allows the conditions of suction and lifting heights to
be met.

3.3. DEVICE USE

Ensure adequate cooling during lengthy operation
of the pump.
Check the non-return valve and hoses for leaks
before connecting them.
Check the tightness of the hose clamps before use.
CAUTION! To ensure correct operation of the unit, a
20-minute break for every 20 minutes of operation
must be taken!
After using the device, switch it off using the ON/OFF
switch and move the dosing gun.
Do not mix AdBlue with diesel. The AdBlue should be
filled into a separate tank.
NOTE! The device is not equipped with a suction port
for IBC / TOTE tank. Install a suitable suction port
before working with such tanks!
3.3.1. HAZARDS IN THE COURSE OF USING THE DEVICE
The hazards that can occur during use of the machine
are mechanical hazards. The mechanical hazard occurs
in situations in which injuries can result from mechanical
impact of various elements, e.g. machine parts, tools,
etc. on people. The basic mechanical hazards include
squeezing, crushing, cutting, pulling in or catching; impact;
puncture; abrasion; as well as slipping and stumbling.
These hazards can occur both during normal machine
operation and as a result of irregularities in machine
operation. These irregularities might result in machine
failure. The mechanical hazards can result from: moving
machines, transported loads, moving elements, sharp/

rough elements, dropping elements/loads, slippery uneven
surfaces, limited space, location of the work station in
relation to the ground.
3.3.2. INSPECTIONS AND PERIODIC CONTROL
Before being used, the new or repaired machine must
be checked by qualified technical personnel who have
knowledge and experience within the scope of operation
and maintenance of this type of machine. The machine
must be checked regularly by means of visual control of
the machine's condition, before, during and after use. The
check must be performed by the machine's operators. Any
irregularities in machine operation as well as any damage
must be reported to the proper technical personnel. Do
not use the machine if damage or any irregularities in its
operation were found.
NOTE! Disconnect the machine from the power supply
before each inspection!
a)
PRELIMINARY INSPECTION:
before first use. All new or repaired machines must
be checked by a qualified and competent person to
ensure the machine meets the requirements of this
operating manual.
b)
DAILY CHECK:
• checking the condition of the power cord,
• checking the tightness and technical condition of
pipes, suction and discharge lines
• checking the opening of liquid inlets and outlets,
• checking the function of the on/off switch.
c)
PERIODIC INSPECTION:
• checking the fastening of moving parts.

3.4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

a)
Unplug the mains plug and allow the device to cool
completely before each cleaning, adjustment or
replacement of accessories, or if the device is not
being used.
b)
Use only non-corrosive cleaners to clean the surface.
c)
After cleaning the device, all parts should be dried
completely before using it again.
d)
Before device storage, it is recommended to drain all
the liquid and rinse the device with diesel or heating
oil.
e)
Store the device in a dry place at room temperature,
protected from moisture and direct sunlight.
f)
Never spray the device with water.
g)
Do not allow water to get inside the device through
vents in the housing of the device.
h)
Clean the vents with a brush and compressed air.
i)
The device must be regularly inspected to check its
technical efficiency and spot any damage.
j)
Use a soft cloth for cleaning.
k)
Regularly check the technical condition of the power
cord and the leak tightness of the hoses.
l)
In case of exposure to frost, the pump must be
emptied, flushed with demineralised water and
placed in a dry place for storage.
m)
Before putting the device in storage and/or when
the liquid might freeze, empty the pump of any
remaining liquid that was pumped.
