4.1 Changing the remote control's batteries
How to change the batteries
• Always keep batteries away from children. Immediately call a doctor,
if a battery has been swallowed.
• If batteries are replaced with the wrong batteries, there is a risk
of explosion.
• Only use type CR 2430.
• Batteries must always be packed for storage or disposal. Otherwise
batteries may be discharged or ignited and / or damaged if they come
into contact with metal parts.
• Discharged or damaged batteries must always be disposed of in
accordance with the applicable laws. When in doubt, contact your
environmental authorities or your waste collection points.
• Do not dispose of batteries in your household waste.
• Used batteries must be disposed of correctly.
1. Open the cover.
2. Remove the used batteries, insert new batteries and position them
the same way the used ones were positioned.
Make sure the batteries are inserted the right way round. ( + / - )!
4.2 How to replace the LED strip
• Disconnect the power supply lines and secure them against
unintended reconnection.
• Unscrew the 4 screws on the slide, remove the slide housing and
loosen the contacts.
• Remove the defective LED strip and clean any adhesive residue from
the contacts.
• Refit the new LED strip.
• Reconnect the power supply lines and turn them on again. Only use
LED strips approved by GLATZ!
