Nota:
In case of faults, consult the MESSAGE TABLE (paragraph 6).
If none of the proposed solutions solves the problem, contact the Lowara technical assistance service, giving the following information:
Product version (as shown on the display when the appliance is powered).
Product serial number.
Voltage power supply is not correct.
Incorrect parameters par. 48.
The motor cable is longer than 5mt.
The pump works with a liquid too dense or it is partially
blocked.
The pump does not rotate freely due to mechanical
problems.
The value of current absorbed by the pump exceeds the
maximum current tolerable by inverter.
Electric Short circuit condition between Phase/Neutral
and/or Phase/Neutral/Ground in the pump supply line.
Note: Par. 65 is increasing the value and the inverter is
not blocked, or the counter has reached its maximum
value (50) and the inverter is blocked and you need to
reset the alarm.
Supply Voltage AQUONTROLLER too low, less allowable
limits (<170 VAC).
Supply Voltage AQUONTROLLER too high, exeeding
allowable limits (>170 VAC).
No anomaly. Normal operating condition.
AQUONTROLLER is regulating the system pressure.
AQUONTROLLER is supplied but there is no voltage at
the motor output terminals.
Check the setting of the parameter par.48.
Install the impedance coil.
Ensure that there are no conditions of friction or locking of
the impeller.
Ensure that there are no conditions of friction or locking of
the impeller.
Remove the short circuit.
Check the proper absortion of the electric motor.
To restore AQUONTROLLER:
Remove power, wait until the display goes off and restore
power.
Reset the alarm in the maintenance menu (par.65).
Check the electrical system and restore the values in the range
that is prescribed in the manual AQUONTROLLER.
Check the electrical system and restore the values in the range
that is prescribed in the manual AQUONTROLLER.
Repeat the Start-up procedure for the installation, Auto-start
setting to ON (par.77).
